Referral SchemeLike to be rewarded with up to £500, just for recommending a friend, colleague or client as part of our referral scheme? After all, much of our business growth is based on the 3 Rs - and it's nothing to do with learning at school - but referral, recommendation and repeat business. We rely on you, our candidates and clients, passing on the positive experiences you hopefully have when working with us. Whether it's word of mouth, social media or shouting from the roof tops, if you help to get our message across and that leads to us extending our candidate and client community, why shouldn’t we say 'Thank You.' After all, sharing is what a community does - and your recommendations enable us to punch above our weight. Currently, you will receive between £250 and £500 for your referral, depending on the small print! But we are working on how we develop our community referral scheme and are hoping you will help us shape it as we make contact over the coming months. So if you know a potential candidate who would be interested in one of our current roles or a potential client who could benefit from the way we do business, please send their name and contact details (and details of any role, if applicable) to referral@vadispeople.com but only after you have gained their permission to do so.
